Adapting to the new business climate

In an effort to diversify their fundraising efforts and to provide to employers some valuable training opportunities, the Bartow Employer Committee and the Cartersville-Bartow Co. Chamber of Commerce partnered to sponsor a series of four business leadership workshops on "Adapting to the New Business Climate". These workshops
1. Attracting, Hiring and Retaining High Performance Employees in the Challenging Times(Sept. '09);
2. Sustaining Excellence Through Effective Leadership (Oct. '09);
3. Motivating Employees to Achieve Your Level of Expectations (Jan. '10);
4.  Developing an Effective Culture in Today's Difficult Environment (Apr.'10) have been very well received, with surveys consistently ranking them between 8 to 10 on a scale of 1-10.
The proceeds will help tremendously in the funding for the Hoops for Hope Scholarship Fund and the purchase of school supplies, backpacks and clothing for the many less fortunate children in Bartow County.
