The Federal Government has created a NEW mandatory labor law poster that will be effective on March 10, 2005. The new poster covers USERRA, the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. ALL employers must display this USERRA notice, regardless of industry or number of employees.

FW4 FORM

Several for profit companies that provide business forms are circulating "Compliance Alerts" on the new 2006 IRS requirements on W-4 forms.  While changes are pending, they are not yet approved. They will offer guidance on number of exemptions permitted and the latest design change approved by the IRS to the form itself (It is not yet available).  Many "commercial providers" are offering special deals on the new format, when available.

government site.  To do so, visit www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf and save the big bucks that these services charge for these documents.
